Accreditation request for the 5th. edition of B-EST IFF should be made in writing, stating the reasons for wishing to attend. The application should be submitted to the accreditation department (office@b-est.ro) before March the 1st. 2009. The application may be sent by e-mail or normal mail at the following address: B-EST IFF, strada Rabat, 13A, sector 1, 011835 Bucharest - Romania. The number of accreditations is limited. Accreditation passes will be issued at the Festival press office, after arrival. Accreditation passes do not include payment of hotel, transport or other expenses taken in charge by the Festival.
